They are all women and they have all been forgotten. <\/strong><br><br>Incredibly, it&nbsp;also&nbsp;took until 2010 for the first woman, Kathryn Bigelow, to&nbsp;win&nbsp;the&nbsp;Oscar&nbsp;for&nbsp;Best Director.
